DELIVERING MORE THAN FOOD: CHICK-FIL-A AND LOWEN PARTNERSHIP SERVES UP QUALITY FLEET BRANDING

Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and signature sauces have a dedicated customer base. The quick serve restaurant has such dedicated fans that the demand for their food outstrips the freezer space of the franchisees.


While a testament to the brand's success, it posed a logistical hurdle. To solve this, the brand created Chick-fil-A supply, allowing them to resupply most locations twice daily to keep up with demand.

In order to meet franchisee's needs required a significant expands of their distribution network, and the company added hundreds of vehicles to their fleet. As a brand celebrate for their marketing, they wanted to ensure their vehicles were also moving billboards.


Working with the Principal Head of Fleet Maintenance, Lowen Color Graphics created a fleet graphics program that ensured the company's message looked great across the country.


"It was a significant undertaking to wrap all the vehicles and minimize downtime," he said.


Lowen created an online Agile portal for the company to keep track of items in inventory and view the designs for all the vehicles.
