When the Dr. Pepper – Snapple Group introduced new taste sensations of some of their leading beverages, they wanted to increase brand presence and awareness beyond television, radio and print. Because deliveries of Dr. Pepper and Snapple products are constantly taking place, the best way to advertise, is on the streets.

Because of this, they decided to make their fleet an integral part of their advertising campaign using large, vibrant designs that would reflect the beverages’ distinctive qualities. Pepsi Fleet Graphics

When Pepsi announced that they would be redesigning their logo and that their distributors’ vehicles would be rebranded, they required a fleet graphics supplier with the capacity to handle a large inventory program and the ability to offer online ordering.

Pepsi teamed with Lowen Color Graphics because we come with the experience to handle new fleet graphics programs in a variety of sizes, ranging from a pick-up to a 57-foot trailer in addition to custom sizes.

Our facility allows us to produce fleet graphics and supply an ample amount of inventory for the client who wants to store graphics for later use and Lowen’s in-house IT department designed a custom Pepsi online ordering website featuring the die cut graphics and full wrap graphics.

Pepsi distributors have found Lowen’s customized website easy to use and appreciate having an online ordering option. They have also been pleased with the fast turnaround so their delivery vehicles can be on the road carrying Pepsi and the advertising message. The new fleet design has refreshed the Pepsi vehicles.

USPS Fleet Graphics

The U.S. Postal Service decided to roll out the American motorcycles commemorative postage stamps at the annual Sturgis Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota. To kick-start the event, the Sturgis postal service wanted to customize its delivery trucks.

Lowen Color Graphics was selected to design and manufacture the fleet graphics. Lowen developed a design that personified the event and incorporated the van's tires for a realistic motorcycle graphic.

The fleet graphics were digitally printed to give the appearance of a custom paint job. Reflective vinyl was used so the vehicle would be more visible on route at dusk and through the night, which gives the advertising message more exposure. Lowen recommended 3M® removable vinyl so the fleet graphics could easily be removed when the promotion ends without harm to the vehicle's finish.

Even after the momentous event, the cruising billboard continues to promote the commemorative stamps. Plus the vinyl makes the fleet graphics glow at night.
