Just like billboards, fleet graphics have loops of advertising trends that define what is hot and what is clearly, not. No matter where you are around the country, here are
three trends that you can’t miss right now.

On the east coast, Lowen account manager, Derek Borth, has noticed several of 3-D, illusion- type graphics. What brands are doing with vinyl, is transforming the vehicle they have now into something completely different. Take a look at the photo that Derek took in New York, below. Notice how it feels like you are looking into another street?

This photo was taken on the streets of NYC. We didn't produce the graphics for this vehicle, however it is a trend that several of our clients are starting to use.

Some other ways you can create an ‘illusion’ is by literally transforming your vehicle into something else. Below is a bus that mimics a Subway sandwich.

Here's a bus wrap that we did for Subway. Window graphics and a full-coverage wrap help to transform the bus into one of the popular sandwiches from Subway's menu

Another example is a car we wrapped for a local hot rod show. A 2011 Ford Flex was transformed into an old Woodie Wagon, popular in the 30s through 50s.

We also have noticed clients asking us to change the graphics to look more like fine art masterpieces on the sides of the trailer. One customer that we’ve worked with that followed this trend is Pacifico Cerveza. The fine-art look helps to deliver the tropical and beach-like look they were going for. Also, it surely turned heads as it was driving down the highway with its bright colors.

Two of our other account managers, Mike Kollhoff and Jeff Rollins both agree, that the biggest trend right now is large and simple images, printed in full-color for a full-wrap around the trailer. With full vehicle wraps, you’re able to attract your audience from all angles.  Check out these examples below:

Gaining the 360-degree attention of your consumers is important. Consider your fleet a moving billboard, you have to make sure that your brand message can be seen and understood within a few moments. While flashy designs definitely attract attention, the simple graphics help to bring home the message.
