Hy-Vee: A Shift to What Consumers Are Eating
Posted on Tue, 09 Aug 2011 10:00:51 +0000Is your brand switching gears, planning a new promotion or wanting to try something different? Why not use what you already have- your business vehicles. Through the use of your fleet you can create and target a marketing message as a mobile billboard that’s seen by thousands of people.
One great example is the grocery store chain, Hy-Vee. They have just recently signed an advertising agreement with Curtis Stone, a television celebrity chef to help develop a series of healthy and delicious recipes made with ingredients found in their stores. To promote this new program, a press conference was held .
In a matter of a few weeks, Hy-Vee needed graphics of Curtis Stone printed for about 18 semi-trucks that would be featured at the event.
One thing that Hy-Vee was looking for, and what every fleet owner should be looking for, is a company that runs on efficiency. Efficiency not only saves time, but it saves money too and that’s how Lowen Color Graphics helped Hy-Vee complete their request.
Now their trailers are ready to go and are actively promoting the celebration of the new “Food, Family and Fun” program. Through tasty recipes that can be created with ingredients from their stores, Curtis Stone is currently the face of Hy-Vee and the message is being spread to the streets.
